Our FeCrAl foil is widely used for metallic substrate which applies for catalytic converter (the Euro Ⅲ standard) to deal with the exhaust gas. Appearance quality
1.The surface of the foil should be smooth and level. Crack, fold, scar, rust, lamination and any other flaw which affects usage are not allowed. The thickness of cut should be under the standard tolerance.
2.It should not exist burr which is beyond the thickness tolerance on the edge of foil. The edge of the foil which is not trimming cut is without visible crack.
